AI7700 Tools provides browser-based tools for images, PDFs, documents, text and time zones. AI7700 and GDPRChecker are operated by the same website owner. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Information we process

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers and session information when you create or use an AI7700 account.
• Membership data: plan, subscription status and payment reference information. Stripe processes payment card details; AI7700 does not receive your full card number.
• Security data: fraud-prevention and verification information, including Turnstile results and limited technical logs.
• Tool inputs: most files and text are processed in your browser. We do not intentionally upload locally processed files to AI7700 servers.
• Preferences: settings stored locally on your device and consent choices.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide accounts and memberships under contract, process payments and comply with legal obligations, protect the service under our legitimate interests, and use optional analytics or marketing tools only after consent. Necessary security and service cookies do not depend on optional consent.

3. Service providers and international transfers

We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for security and delivery, Vercel for hosting, and GDPRChecker for consent management. They may process information on our behalf under their applicable data-processing terms. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful mechanism.

Provider terms and transfer arrangements should be reviewed against the current services and account configuration before launch in the EEA.

4. Retention

• Account and authentication records: while the account is active and for a limited period needed for security, disputes or legal obligations.
• Membership and billing records: for the period required by the subscription relationship and applicable tax/accounting rules.
• Security logs: kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations.
• Local tool files: remain on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that sends data to a service.

5. Your rights

Subject to legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Use AI7700 privacy requests to start a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Security and incidents

We use access controls, encrypted connections, provider security controls and data minimisation. If a personal-data incident occurs, we assess it promptly, contain it, preserve evidence, and notify the relevant authority and affected people where required by law.

7. Cookies and consent

Necessary technologies support login, security and site operation. Optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are not activated without consent. You can change your choices through Cookie Settings.
